Ordering & Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £39, free next day delivery on orders over £99 (Monday – Friday) This only applies to UK delivery addresses.
Standard deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48hr service and tracked, next day deliveries are trackable and may use various couriers. (Monday – Friday)
Most orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm. (Monday – Friday)
UK Delivery:
Standard 48hr delivery: £3.99 (Free on orders over £39, Monday – Friday).
Next day delivery: £5.99 (Free on orders over £99, Monday – Friday).
To ensure that your purchases are kept 100% private, your order will arrive in plain packaging (usually a brown box). Only the delivery address will be seen by the courier and the contents secured within.
To avoid any awkward conversations down the line (and unlike some other sites), your bank statement will refer to us as “Neon Trading Ltd” – never ‘Mr Velocity‘.
What a pain in the ass – and not even the good kind. Fear not, we’re here to help and will do everything we can to locate your goods as quickly as possible.
All orders are dispatched with courier tracking numbers which are sent shortly after dispatch. Please refer to this in the first instance.

Returns
Changed your mind? To make sure that you can buy from us with confidence, we make sure that our returns policy remains flexible. If you have an issue with something that have bought, get in contact with us and we’ll do our best to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
As a bare minimum, we accept returns for unwanted, faulty and/or damaged items for up to 30 days. Note that some products may have a manufacturers guarantee extending far beyond this.
Any items returned must be in it’s original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway – the item must also be unused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For any insertables, these must be still sealed in the original packaging.
If you believe that you have received a product which is faulty (or has developed one soon after purchase), in the first instance, please refer to the manufacturer guide(s) which came with the product for troubleshooting options. If you no longer have these, they can often can be found online.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at order@mr-velocity.com with as much descriptive information relating to the problem as possible. This will enable us to assist you as quickly as possible.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If eligible, we’ll process your refund to the original method if payment used within 14 days.
Ordering & Payment
If you have a discount or voucher code to use, this can be added at the basket stage where the relevant discount will show.
You can then complete your order.
We accept all major cards – Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
You can also pay via PayPal or in instalments with ClearPay, Klarna or PayPal.
We accept all currencies but all payment are processed in GBP.
General
We offer 15% student discount with a valid student ID card.
To claim the discount, you’ll need to send us a photo of your valid student ID card. It must show an expiry date.
Please create an account with us as the discount is linked to your account.
Once we have verified your ID, we’ll be in touch with a discount code for you to use each time you purchase*. This code will only work on your account.
*Some exclusions apply. Student discount cannot be used with any other discount codes or discounted items.

Unfortunately we are unable to sell aromas due to restrictions from payment providers and the legalities surrounding their sale.

MVP is short for Mr Velocity Partner (see what we did there?), which is how we refer to (and thank) our regulars at MV.

At 1000 points, you’ll become an MVP Gold member. That means you’ll earn double points for every £ spent, thats 4 points per £ rather than 2!

Create an account: Earn 250 bonus points when you sign up to become a MVP. Simply create an account
Products: For every £1 spent, you’ll earn 2 points, become an MVP Gold member and you’ll earn double points. As you’d expect, some exclusions apply. Delivery charges and the purchase of Gift Cards are exempt.
Review: Leave reviews on products within 120 days of purchase and you’ll earn 100 points for each one. There is no limit on the amount of reviews you can leave, so long as you were signed in to your MVP account during the checkout process, so you can earn on every product review.
Refer a friend: share the referral code found in your account and for every friend you refer who makes a purchase, you’ll earn 250 points!
Promotions: We always look for ways to give you that bit extra. Keep an eye out for promotions awarding extra points on products and categories. You can look out for these on our socials.
