Changed your mind? At Mr Velocity we are flexible with our returns policy to make sure you can buy from us with confidence. We accept returns for unwanted items or faulty and damaged products for up to 30 days. Please email info@mr-velocity.co.uk for return details, before sending any items to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unwanted Items
To return unwanted items, we must receive your returned order in the same condition as it was when dispatched. If this is not the case, or the item(s) appears to have been worn or used, it will be returned to you. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept sex toys, creams, lubricants, aphrodisiacs, tablets, oils and condoms if any seals are broken or shrink wrap has been removed. Unfortunately, you cannot return made to measure or custom items unless they are faulty.
Gift Cards
Mr Velocity Gift Cards are non refundable. They can only be used for purchases made on mr-velocity.com. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Returns
To return your item please follow these steps:
- Email info@mr-velocity.com for return details. We will need your order number.
- We’ll provide you a free returns label (items over 2kg will be at your own expense).
- Pack your items securely and include your name, email and order number in the package.
- Post the item(s) back to us using the returns label. For large items, we recommend using tracked delivery for security (If the item is faulty, we’ll refund your postage cost).
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If eligible, we’ll process your refund to the original method if payment used within 14 days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for faulty items. Please contact us for details.
International Returns
Our returns process is the same wherever you live. Please note, if you have paid any custom fee’s with your original order, we cannot refund these. You are responible for claiming the refund from your respective agency.
